Job Description
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, conducting and arranging for ongoing application training for end users. Assist with the testing of FABITrack and all of the modules within it ensuring consistency with FABI and FABITrack policies, commitments and goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule and conduct application training to end users
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training manuals, guides and course materials. Amend and revise training materials as necessary, in order to adapt to upgrades or changes that occur within applications
- Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with department managers and/or supervisors
- Facilitate the execution of all training plans
- Periodically evaluate training effectiveness
- Lead all demos scheduled by the sales team, FABI and FABITrack leadership
- Assist the Product Development Specialist with product testing and reporting back all findings and solutions
- Travel is required for this position and it is necessary for chosen candidate to do so as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, information technology, project management, or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience working with casino compliance products, FABITrack experience preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in training software products, preferred.
- Knowledge of project management software preferred but not mandatory; and a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to learn software applications including but not limited to FABITrack line of products and other FABI specific applications, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, planning and organizing, communication and teaching skills, team work, adaptability and stress tolerance.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, software and hardware documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information to top management, peer groups and/or other law enforcement agencies.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Physical Requirements of the Job
- The person in this position needs to be able to traverse distances through large casinos during installations and also be able to remain stationary when guiding training for users.
- The person in this position constantly operates electronics, such as computers, printers, phones, etc.
- Has the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Is able to observe and inspect details at close range.
