The Kiosk Director leads the strategic execution, deployment, and support of kiosk solutions across casino properties. This role manages complex projects from planning to completion, coordinates with internal specialists for regulatory approvals, and oversees the work of support personnel. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in project management, client-facing communications, and technical coordination. This position involves collaboration with product developers, manufacturers, and work with internal and external teams to ensure seamless kiosk installation and ongoing operational success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in regulatory compliance, auditing, or a related field (2+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (e.g., manufacturing, gaming, fintech, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present compliance issues to senior management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements of the Job

• Plan, oversee, and deliver kiosk installation and upgrade projects on time and within budget across multiple casino locations.

Customer Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for casino clients; conduct meetings to understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage support teams involved in kiosk deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure training and adherence to standards.

Regulatory Coordination:

• Work directly with the company’s compliance specialist to secure necessary product approvals and installation permissions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product developers, engineers, and manufacturers to communicate client needs, influence product design, and resolve technical issues.

Installation Oversight:

• Coordinate logistics, staffing, and technical requirements for successful kiosk installations, including scheduling, hardware/software deployment, testing, and sign-off.

Travel:

• Travel to client sites, industry events, and manufacturer facilities as needed to ensure operational excellence and maintain strong relationships.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in operations, technology, or kiosk systems.
• Proven project management experience coordinating teams.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with manufacturers, software developers, and regulatory agencies.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position needs to be able to traverse distances through large casinos during installations and also be able to remain stationary when guiding training for users.
• Constantly operates electronics, such as computers, printers, phones, etc.
• Constantly positions self to work on the interior and exterior of kiosks, ATMs and other equipment.
• Has the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Is able to observe and inspect details at close range.
• Has the ability to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. for equipment installs.
