Key Responsibilities:

FABICash is currently searching for a positive and organized team player to fill a position in our finance department. The Staff Accountant will maintain a general ledger and review financial statements for accuracy before preparing reports that will assist senior management in making informed decisions about upcoming projects or years’ budgets.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for:

• Manage intercompany transactions
• General ledger account reconciliation
• Managing accounts payable and receivables - Manage chargebacks
• Sales tax filings in multiple states and jurisdictions - Work directly with tax agencies
• In-depth researching of sales and use tax matters - General accounting and finance tasks
• Additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Degreed in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
• Experience with Intercompany Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills and QuickBooks experience are preferred. - Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
